🛠️COMMON PROBLEMS

Here are some common problems that may appear upon installing.

You lack the required entitlement to use bs-resource

• Firstly try restarting your server making sure your license key is correct, if you have purchased the product from the wrong account then you may transfer the asset once to another account.

Failed to verify protected resource

• Your files may have been corrupted during the download or transfer, ensure any hidden files are copied & the .fxap is still present.

The map loads in however doesn't look correct

• This is usually because you have a conflict (multiple of the same file) and they are trying to load over each other causing some problems. You should attempt to find the conflicting file by searching your other mapping files and deleting the other map. This could also be easily findable by just looking in the general vicinity of our map and finding any nearby.

Where do I find my assets?

• You can find your purchased assets on Keymaster or you may have been emailed a download link directly. (It will ask for your email upon purchase)

Error parsing script / Failed to load script

• Your server artifacts are likely outdated. Update your server to version 5181 or above.

• Make sure you've restarted your server upon installing the resource.
